Artwork Guidelines

Different products and decoration methods require different types of artwork. To help us produce the best possible result, please use the guide below when supplying your artwork.

Vector Files — .EPS, .AI, .PDF

Vector artwork is the preferred format and is suitable for most print and decoration methods, including screen printing, embroidery, engraving and debossing.

Vector files can be scaled to any size without losing quality, making them ideal for logos and branding.

Please note that some decoration methods cannot reproduce colour tints or gradients. Where required, these will need to be converted to solid colours.

Raster / Pixel Files — .PNG, .JPG, .TIFF

Raster files are made up of pixels and are generally suitable for full-colour, process and transfer printing.

For the best results, artwork should be supplied at a high resolution. Raster artwork may not be suitable for processes such as screen printing, engraving, debossing or embroidery.

Embroidery Artwork

Embroidery requires artwork to be converted into a specialist embroidery file before production. Your logo is digitally mapped to determine the stitch type, stitch density and thread colours required.

A high-quality vector file is preferred for embroidery, as this allows our team to achieve the cleanest and most accurate result. Fine details, small text and intricate designs may need to be simplified to ensure they reproduce correctly when stitched.

I Don't Have a Vector File

No problem. Our design team can usually convert your artwork into a suitable vector format.

For the best results, please provide the highest-resolution version of your artwork available. Depending on the complexity and quality of the original artwork, an artwork preparation charge may apply.
