Delivery dates are confirmed once proofs have been approved; for all orders which require payment in advance (pro-forma), your delivery date will be confirmed once payment has been received.
Delivery times for any package on a standard service can take 7 to 10 working days to be delivered once shipped. Large orders shipped by pallet service may take a little longer.
An express delivery service may be available on your order, please speak with your Account Manager to discuss the options available; please note this may incur additional costs.
All orders are shipped using a courier service (DPD, UPS, TNT, FedEx, DHL, etc…) tracking will be shared with you by email for you to track your order.
We kindly request that the artwork files you share are of a high resolution, vectored and all fonts are outlined.
The file types used to create your print proof ready for production commonly include: Ai, EPS, SVG and/or PDF.
For orders which are to be embroidered we can accept: JPG, PNG and TIFF files; which can be easily digitised for embroidery.
Do not have vectored high resolution artwork files… no problem at all, we can arrange to have your artwork redrawn. There is an additional cost for this service, which you can discuss with your Account Manager.
30 day invoice: after your first 3 successful orders, a credit account may be offered to you after a satisfactory credit search. Invoices will be sent by email on the day your order has shipped and payment will be required within 30 days from the date of invoice. Orders on account will require an official purchase order.
Payment by bank transfer: our bank details will be detailed on your invoice for you to make a prompt payment for your order.
Payment by card (debit/credit/business): if you wish to make a card payment, we will share with you a secure payment link for payment. We accept all major credit and debit cards except AMEX. Please note there may be a small surcharge for card payments, please discuss the affiliated costs with your Account Manager.
